What you are buying

Zodiac After Dark is a digital astrology app. When you pay, you get access to the app for your own personal use. The optional digital tarot deck is a separate digital product with its own price. Both are one off payments. You are not signed up to anything that renews.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds at checkout and are the price you pay.

Instant access and refunds

Both products are digital and unlock the moment you pay. Before you pay, you tick a box to confirm you want access to start straight away and that you understand you give up your 14 day right to cancel. That means all sales are final and there are no refunds for a change of mind.

This does not affect your legal rights. If the app or deck is faulty, not as described, or does not work, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires. Email us at Thefirestartersociety@gmail.comEmail us, tell us what went wrong, and we will put it right.

Zodiac After Dark Plus

Plus is not on sale yet. If we launch it, it will be a separate optional monthly subscription with its own terms shown before you sign up. You will be able to cancel it any time. The no refund notice above only covers the one off purchases.

Your account

You log in with a link sent to your email. Keep your email account secure, because anyone who can open that email can log in as you. Do not share your access. One purchase is for one person.

Using the app

Use it for yourself. Do not copy, resell, scrape or share the content, and do not try to break or get around the app. We may suspend access if someone does, and we will tell you why.

Our content

The writing, design, charts, cards and software belong to us. You get a personal licence to use them in the app. Your journal entries and the details you save belong to you.

Entertainment, not advice

Astrology is for entertainment and self reflection. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial, mental health or relationship advice. Do not make big decisions based on it, and talk to a qualified professional if you need one. If you are struggling, please contact your GP or, in the UK, Samaritans on 116 123.

Changes to the app

We may fix, improve or update the app and its content. If we ever have to withdraw the app entirely, we will give you reasonable notice.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit anything the law does not allow us to, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses, because the app is for personal use. Our total responsibility to you for any one claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

Problems and complaints

Email us first at Thefirestartersociety@gmail.comEmail us and we will reply as soon as we can. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also use the courts there. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Changes do not affect what you have already paid for.
